Now that we're done with introductions, it's time to get down to the really good stuff...
Our brownies are generally baked in a 9 x 9 inch tin but if you have any special requests, or would like to customise your brownies to suit your taste, do let us know. We’d be happy to oblige.
This menu isn’t our complete range as yet.
We have plans to add more flavours to the list so do keep a lookout for them.
Oh... One important thing to note is that the texture of our brownies are not cake-like (we personally don't like those). Brownies (we feel) should act and taste like brownies and not end up being confused cousins of the cake. Therefore, when you order brownie boys brownies, they will arrive ultra chocolatey, moist, fudgy and very simply - perfect. The way all brownies around the world should aspire to be.

Basic Black $33
This would be our basic brownie. As mentioned above, you can expect something moist, fudgy, with an overdose of chocolate. You can’t go wrong with this one.
Basic Black with Accessories $40-$45
The accessorised version comes with you own choice of favourite toppings on the brownie. We will put a layer of chocolate followed by a generous helping of the good stuff on top. Accessories include,
a variety of nuts: walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, pistachio, macadamia
and a variety of other stuff: chocolate/rainbow sprinkles, some shiny silver balls
(edible of course), cranberries (our personal favourite),
and other things you might like but isn’t on the list.
Double Shot $35
Remember our Basic Black?
The one with the overdose of chocolate...
Well this is spiked with a double dosage of chocolate. Milk chocolate chip is infused into the batter ensuring an even mix of smooth and chunky.
It comes out of the oven, soft and chewy with bits of melted chocolate oozing out in between bites. Don’t worry, our mantra, ‘There’s no such thing as too much chocolate.
Triple Perfection $40
Once again, ‘There’s no such thing as too much chocolate’. This is why we’ve called this brownie, Perfection. Our basic brownies with milk choc chips in the batter is now topped with white choc chips creating a visual spectacle of black and white.
I think we don't need to explain to you how divine this one is out of the oven.
How can this not be Perfection?
Simply Nutella $45
In our opinion nutella is literally heaven sent.
Therefore, it is only appropriate that we pay a tribute to it by creating a brownie flavour that captures its heavenly qualities and showcases every spoon licking
(or in some cases, finger licking) aspect of it.
Every batch has almost a full tub of nutella mixed into it with the remaining drizzled on top for maximum pleasure before we send it to the oven.Then we sit back and enjoy the aroma. (while polishing up every last trace of Nutella left in the tub).
Cheese & Choc $45
The next thing to chocolate that deserves top billing has got to be cheese. In this special recipe, we’ve mixed our 2 favourite stuff on earth to create a killer combo.
With an extra fudgy brownie mixture as base, we top it off with a cream cheese mixture infused with orange zest and juice. A couple of swirls and a few minutes in the oven,
we end up with a brownie that looks almost too good to eat. Almost.
Goin’ nuts $45
Goin nuts we did over this brand new flavour. We always knew peanut butter worked well with chocolate, we just didn’t realise how well exactly until we tried our own peanut butter brownie combo. Our perfect brownie batter was layered with dollops of our own special peanut butter cream and then swirled around to create a beautiful marbled effect. This turned our ultra moist and chewy with just a hint of saltiness from the peanut butter.
It was divine. Because we both had our own personal preference when it came to peanut butter, we’ve decided to offer the option of either smooth or chunky.

Intense Brownie Bites $40 (30 pieces)
This is pure unadulterated indulgence. Our regular brownie mixture is combined with a generous helping of cocoa powder and baked in individual bite sized pieces. The result is a texture which is a cross between a soft cookie and a fudgey brownie with an overall intense chocolatey taste. You can't stop at one with this...
Wannabees $40 (46 pieces)
Sometimes after a full meal, all we want is just a small piece of something sweet. Not a full on dessert but just something to cleanse the palate. Which was precisely why we created 'wannabees'. They’re not exactly cupcakes (although they do sit pretty in a mini cup). And they’re too small and petite to serve the role of a brownie. But having said that, they do pack a mighty chocolatey punch so are definitely not to be messed around with.
So, with that in mind, we decided these lil babies deserve a spot in our menu.
Made with a similar brownie batter, 'wannabees' come out of the oven with a slightly lighter texture while retaining our signature rich chocolate flavour.
These are the perfect treats to be passed around at a party.
Even if it’s a party of just one.
